Mooloolaba is the premier dive destination on the Sunshine Coast, famous for its warm waters and abundant marine life meaning more and more people are freediving Sunshine Coast each year! With only a short ride from the river mouth on our spacious vessel, you’ll get to enjoy the sights of the Sunshine Coast from the water as we cruise only a few miles from the shore to our chosen dive site for that day.

With a wide range of freedive sites to choose from including the world famous ex-HMAS Brisbane Ship Wreck, our favourite local Reefs or Mudjimba Island , you can be sure that you will always be able to find plenty of interesting and exciting things to see below the surface: turtles, reef fish, eagle rays and colourful corals are all a common sight when freediving Sunshine Coast!

Freediving Courses

If you’re ready to explore the open ocean on a single breath, our two day Freediving Course on the Sunshine Coast is the perfect place to begin your freediving certification. 

Whether you are brand new to freediving or already an experienced diver wanting to go deeper and refine your technique, our professional instructors will guide you every step of the way. You’ll learn proven breathing methods, relaxation techniques, and diving skills that help unlock your full potential underwater.

At our Sunshine Coast location, we focus exclusively on freediving to give you the best possible training experience. Our courses are taught to the highest international standards through PADI Freediver, SSI Freediving, or the Molchanovs Freediving System so you can choose the pathway that suits you best.

Certified Freediving Trips

Our certified freediving trips are suitable for certified Freedivers looking to explore the ocean or those who have started Freediving course but still need to complete some requirements in the ocean. 

The trip will include a line training session to work on your freediving techniques and over all freediving ability. On certain trips you will also have the chance to explore the local dive site and test and refine your freediving skills.
