If you’re ready to explore the ocean on a single breath, our two-day Freediving Course in Sydney is the perfect place to start your journey.

Whether you’re completely new to freediving or looking to refine your technique and go deeper, our experienced instructors will guide you every step of the way. You’ll learn effective breathing and relaxation techniques, safety practices, and diving skills designed to unlock your full potential underwater.

At our Sydney location, we focus exclusively on freediving to deliver the highest quality training and support. Courses are conducted to international standards through PADI Freediver, SSI Freediving, or the Molchanovs Freediving System, so you can choose the pathway that best suits you.

Each trip includes a line training session to help you refine your freediving technique and build comfort and confidence at depth. Depending on the chosen location and conditions, you’ll also get to explore Sydney’s beautiful underwater sites and put your skills into practice in a fun, relaxed environment.
